Composite polymer compounds (granules) of any complexity based on:
Polypropylene (PP),
Polyethylene (PE),
Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS),
Polystyrene (PS),
Polycarbonate (PC).
Composite polymer compounds (granules) – are mixtures of base polymers with various fillers and additives-minerals (talc, chalk, mica, barite), rubber, stabilizers, flame retardants, antistatic agents.
The use of compounds in the processing of polymers has two goals-to obtain the necessary new properties, as well as to reduce the cost of the product. Some products cannot be made from traditional thermoplastics, as they will not have the necessary properties. On the other hand, the rising cost of polymer raw materials forces manufacturers to look for an alternative to basic polymers in the sphere of composite materials.
